To further improve and extend its services, SPG has striven to promote the regular shipping of mega container vessels, advance hot-berthing services and shorten the length of time ships spent in port. During the period, Qingdao Port, run by SPG, completed 452 pairs of hot-berthing services for container vessels, saving over 572 hours for customers.
In June, by relying on SPG's self-developed A-TOS intelligent control system that is applied in the fully automated container terminals, the Qingdao Port Fully Automated Container Terminal achieved an average efficiency of 47.6 moves of TEUs per hour for a single crane, and its highest single-crane efficiency increased 14.2 percent to 67.76 TEUs per hour, which has refreshed the world's automated terminal handling record for the ninth time.
During the same period, Yantai Port handled over 31,000 commercial vehicles from Wuling Motors, Ford, and Morris Garages, which were transported to the port via rail. This has further consolidated the company's position as a commercial vehicle logistics base in northern China.
Additionally, the annual coke loading volume at Rizhao Port via the shift of freight transport from bulk cargo to container traffic overtook last year's aggregate cargo volume with an increase of 29.2 percent from a year earlier, setting a new record.
As the world's largest port conglomerate, SPG has put itself in the national development landscape, collaborated with customs, railways, inland ports and free trade zones (industrial parks) along the Yellow River to serve the high-quality socio-economic growth of the Yellow River Basin. It has worked together with China Railway Jinan Group to unveil 15 service commitments for shipping companies and enterprises as part of its efforts to bolster sea-rail combined transportation.
From January to October, SPG had opened five inland ports and five freight train routes, with the number of inland ports reaching 31 and the number of sea-rail combined transport routes amounting to 81, and its sea-rail combined transportation capacity surpassed 2.51 million TEUs, up 18 percent year-on-year.
Furthermore, a total of 33 shipping routes were opened during the same period, which has brought the total number of shipping routes to 328. On top of that, great efforts have also been made to shift freight transport from bulk cargo to container traffic, with cargo volume rising 24 percent compared with the same period last year via this transport mode.
Moving ahead, SPG plans to continue to leverage its role as a pivotal platform and make all-out efforts to achieve its current goals, so as to write a new chapter in SPG's development and make greater contributions to helping China build a new development pattern.

山东港口1-10月份生产实现高效有序增
2022年1-10月份,山东港口在百年变局和世纪疫情交织叠加、集运市场动荡调整的大背景下,共完成货物吞吐量13.6亿吨,同比增长7.0%;集装箱量3112万标箱,同比增长9.1%,生产实现高效有序增长。
为进一步提升综合服务效能、延伸服务触角,山东港口大力推进大吃水集装箱班轮常态化通航、“套泊热接”作业模式,推行船舶“极简审批”模式,压缩船舶在港停时。1-10月份,青岛港完成集装箱“套泊热接”452组,为客户节约等待时间超572小时。今年6月,青岛港自动化码头依托山东港口自主研发的全自动化集装箱码头智能管控系统“A-TOS”,桥吊平均单机作业效率达到60.18自然箱/小时,桥吊最高单机作业效率达到67.76自然箱/小时,效率一举提升14.2%,第九次刷新自动化码头装卸效率世界纪录。1-10月,烟台港共承揽铁路集港五菱、福特、上汽名爵等商品车3.1万余台,进一步巩固提升了烟台港中国北方商品车物流基地港地位。日照港煤焦类“散改集”年度装箱量已超越去年全年作业箱量,增幅达29.2%,刷新煤焦类“散改集”历史装箱量纪录。
作为世界最大港口集群,山东港口主动将港口发展置于国家战略大格局中,联合沿黄流域海关、铁路、内陆港、自贸区(园区)等,全面服务黄河流域经济社会高质量发展。联合中国铁路济南局集团召开路港携手全面发展海铁联运推进动员会,共同向船公司、企业推出15项服务承诺,全力推动海铁联运发展。今年1-10月份,山东港口累计启动5个内陆港、开通5条新班列,内陆港达31个、海铁联运班列达81条,海铁联运箱量超过251万标箱,同比增长18.0%。今年1-10月新增航线33条,航线总数达到328条。大力推进“散改集”,今年1-10月份同比增长24.0%。
未来,山东港口将充分发挥港口的枢纽平台作用,全力冲刺全年任务“满堂红”,奋力谱写山东港口发展新篇章,在服务构建新发展格局中贡献更大力量。
