自2001年加入万豪国际集团至今，高炜东先生已为集团效力22年之久。出生成长于上海，他的职业生涯始于1990年，在前厅部累积了丰富的服务经验后，一路由前厅部主管晋升为前厅部经理，随后升任房务总监。高炜东先生于2009年出任苏州万豪酒店驻店经理，并于2010年任职昆山万怡酒店总经理。

超过30年来，高炜东先生持续在酒店服务及管理领域深耕发展，以深厚的专业知识，扎实的营运经验，丰富的团队管理经验，相继在浙江安吉JW万豪酒店，杭州 JW 万豪酒店及杭州武林万怡酒店，上海虹口三至喜来登酒店担任总经理。

SHANGHAI, CHINA (April 18, 2023) – The first JW Marriott Marquis hotel in Asia Pacific – JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong proudly announced the appointment of Mr. Alfred Gao as General Manager.

Born and raised in Shanghai, Mr. Gao began his professional career in 1990 and has been working for Marriott International for 22 years since 2001. Mr. Gao has a wealth of experience in the Rooms division, and as a result of his excellent performance, he has risen through the ranks in various positions at properties in Chongqing, Suzhou and Shanghai. His first Resident Manager role was at Marriott Suzhou in 2009, and then he was promoted to General Manager of Courtyard Kunshan in 2010.

Over the past 30 years, Mr. Gao has been continuously developing in the field of hotel service and management. With profound professional knowledge, solid operational experience, and excellent team management skills, he has successively served as the General Manager of JW Marriott Anji, JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou, Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin, and Sheraton Shanghai Hongkou Hotel.

In 2017, Mr. Gao was appointed as the Chairman of the Business Council of Marriott International East China, leading over 90 hotels to promote the Marriott culture, organizing and coordinating community charity activities. He served as Area Vice President of the Hangzhou Region of Marriott International and led the team to achieve many remarkable feats during his tenure. Due to his outstanding performance, Mr. Gao has been recognized with the Diamond General Manager Award by Marriott International numerous times. He was also awarded the Marriott Asia Pacific Leadership Award and the Marriott Service Spirit Award in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

With his extraordinary leadership and keen business mindset, Mr. Gao will inject new vitality into JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong and lead the team to open a new chapter together. In his spare time, he loves sports and travel, which revitalize him physically and mentally, and help him maintain his vitality and enthusiasm.

Over the 19 years in hospitality industry, Anny accumulated rich experience in hotel operations and management. InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Ms. Helena Jiang as the Complex General Manager of the InterContinental & Hotel Indigo Wuxi Taihu New City, where she will be fully responsible for the pre-opening and operational management of the complex hotels.

Ms. Jiang is a professional hotelier with over 30 years international hotel management experience, particularly excelling in F&B management, marketing strategy, and talent development. She started her career with IHG since 2014 and having an amazing Room to Grow Journey with the group.

Prior to this appointment, Ms. Jiang served as the General Manager of HUALUXE Wuxi Taihu Hotel. She quickly grew into the role of HUALUXE Brand Ambassador, established and improved the hotel's self-inspection system and turning the hotel into a brand training base. She has been committed to driving the development of the HUALUXE brand for IHG. Received great recognition awards from high-end hotel selections such as Ctrip, Dianping, Weekend Hotel etc. Her outstanding performance in revenue growth, gross profit, and customer & employee satisfaction which led her won numerous Silver and Gold Dragon awards of IHG. With her tremendous passion and results driven, she was promoted to Area General Manager of IHG East China in June 2020.

近日，洲际酒店集团旗下无锡太湖新城洲际及英迪格酒店任命Robbie Kelder先生为行政助理经理。他将协助总经理负责酒店的前期和后期开业管理和运营，旨在将酒店打造成无锡的奢华生活新地标。

Robbie先生来自荷兰，在中国拥有15年的酒店管理经验，一直效力于洲际酒店集团。在此次任命之前，Robbie先生在宁波象山皇冠假日酒店担任餐饮总监一职，是洲际酒店集团华东区餐饮委员会成员。

Recently, InterContinental & Hotel Indigo Wuxi Taihu New City appointed Mr. Robbie Kelder as Executive Assistant Manager. He will assist the General Manager in the hotels’ pre- and post-opening management and operation, aiming to establish the hotels as a luxury and lifestyle new landmark in Wuxi.

Coming from Holland, Robbie has 15 years hotel management experience in China with InterContinental Hotels Group. Prior to this appointment, Robbie served as Director of Food and Beverage at Crowne Plaza Ningbo Xiangshan and as a member of the IHG East China Restaurant, Bars & Events Council.

With his extensive food and beverage experience, Robbie is looking forward to bring the hotels’ signature restaurants and bars, including Commune All Day Dining, Cai Feng Lou, Char Bar & Grill in InterContinental and Neighbourhood Cafe and the rooftop bar in Indigo to life.

Mr. Cheng graduated from Essen University of Economics in Germany and Shandong Agricultural University, majoring in international Economics and trade with a bachelor's degree. With 16 years of hotel experience, he has held management positions in Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton, Four Points Sheraton, JW Marriott and many other brands under Marriott International. He has excellent team leadership, decision-making and communication skills. 2023年4月17日，北京柏悦酒店 (Park Hyatt Beijing) 新任命陈创华先生 (Mr. Watson Chen) 为中餐行政副总厨。加入酒店后，陈师傅将全面负责锦庭餐厅的菜品创意及出品。
