汉莎航空| 大中华区客户服务中心端午节服务安排的通知

为配合上海新型冠状病毒疫情防控工作,汉莎航空位于上海的大中华区客户服务中心将持续延长关闭时间,何时恢复将根据上海防疫措施再另行通知


特别提醒,端午假期客服中心工作时间相应调整如下:


休息日:6 月 3 日至 6 月 5 日


在此期间,普通话和粤语服务将暂停。如果您愿意用英语交流,您仍旧可以拨打 4008 868 868(09:00-17:00,周一至周五,节假日除外)与我们联系,我们的全球英语服务中心的同事将很乐意为您提供支持。


您也可以在汉莎航空官方网站 lufthansa.com 查询英语以及其他语种客服热线及服务时间。


建议您使用我们的中文网站所提供的自助服务,例如购票、行李、查询航班等信息,这将大大提高响应速度。


 如您有一周内出发的个人预订需要紧急处理,请您发送邮件至 lhgservicegcn@services.dlh.de,我们的团队将尽可能地处理 (09:00-18:00,周一至周五,节假日除外)。疫情之下,资源有限,请勿重复发送同样的问询。


如有其他非紧急的中文咨询,欢迎您在上海客户服务中心恢复营运后,再次与我们联系。


 受全球新冠疫情影响,各国的入境政策较为特殊,且不断变化。请务必在旅行开始前,了解您目的地国家或过境国的规定,避免进入该国时出现问题。您可以在目的地国家或者过境国的政府官方网站和大使馆网站上找到最新的信息。


此外,您还可以点击查看汉莎航空官网有关目的地国家入境要求的最新法规和措施。

Due to epidemic prevention and control measures by the government in Shanghai, Lufthansa Customer Service Center Greater China in Shanghai will extend its closure time until further notice.



According to coming Dragon Boat Festival holidays, the customer service center will be closed from 3rd June to 5th June.



Mandarin and Cantonese services is temporarily unavailable. However, you can still reach us via 4008 868 868 (09:00 - 17:00, Mon - Fri, weekends and holidays excluded) should you willing to communicate in English, our colleagues from the global English service center will be happy to support you.


You can also check the customer service hotline and service hours in English or other languages on lufthansa.com.


We recommend our customers to check on Chinese website of lufhthansa.com for inquiries of booking, luggage, flight or other information.


 If you have personal reservations departing within a week that need urgent processing, please send email to lhgservicegcn@services.dlh.de, we will try our best to handle your request (09:00-18:00, Mon - Fri, weekends and holidays excluded). Please do not send the same inquiry repeatedly due to limited resources under epidemic.


If you have any other non-urgent Chinese inquiries, you are welcome to contact us again after the customer service center resumes its operation.


Due to dynamic situation, please always check the latest entry regulations and measures from government websites and embassy websites of your final destination and transit country.
