海上职场:邮轮前台工作主要做什么?要求高吗?

邮轮前台


邮轮前台和陆地酒店前台工作性质是非常相似的,前台主要工作的地方是Guest Service Center (客户服务中心),前台接待就是邮轮百事通,为乘客解答各种各样的问题。


每家邮轮公司对前台职位称呼不同,比如Guest Service Agent (RCCL) , Guest Service Operator (Costa) , Purser (Princess Cruises), Receptionist (Dream Cruises)等,但是工作性质是相似的。


那么邮轮前台的工作职责是什么?想成为邮轮前台需要具备什么要的素质?
