Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Officer Reports to: Hotel Manager- Make sure that all guests get a warm welcome and assist them with checking in/out
- Create memorable moments for guests and connect people
- Be the secret guide to the city, curate intriguing itineraries for guests and answer any burning questions about the city
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premise at all times
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Conversational Cantonese, Mandarin or Portuguese will be an advantage
- Passionate, service-oriented, pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, team-player, meticulous and able to handle challenges
- Shift duties including overnight shifts is required
- Prior customer service experience in hotel industry will be an advantage
